We are thrilled to announce the launch of six new global business resource groups (BRGs) to help further our ED&I effort and commitment. Having set our ambition of becoming the world’s most equitable & specialized talent company, it is important to lead by example and provide all employees with opportunities to contribute.
The new global BRGs will allow our employees to connect, network, and support each other and be a true catalyst for elevating equity, diversity, and inclusion in our own workplace. All local BRGs will be aligned into one of these six global BRGs going forward to ensure we maximize the impact of our ED&I efforts globally.
Each of the six new BRG's will focus on an important ED&I topic and is sponsored by an ELT member.
